摘 要:基于工程教育专业认证背景,探讨“食品工厂设计”的教学改革措施。首先,讨论课程内容之间的相互关系,分析课程与实践环节的相互促进作用。为实现“以学生为中心”的工程教育理念,重点介绍课程在教学思路、授课方式、学生反馈调查与考核方式方面的改进措施。最后,对“食品工厂设计”的持续改进方向进行展望。With the background of engineering education accreditation,the teaching reform of Food Factory Design was discussed.Firstly,the relationship of the different contents of the course and the furtherance function between the course and practical courses were analyzed.To achieve the idea of student centered from engineering education accreditation,the teaching ideas,ways,feedback of students,and evaluation methods were mainly introduced.Finally,the tendency of continuous improvement of Food Factory Design was forecast.
