摘　　要：在研究分析中国白酒物质属性的“三观表达”理念基础上,从香型定义、酿造历史、泥窖续糟发酵工艺、蒸馏量质摘酒工艺、酒体微量有机成分等角度诠释了浓香型白酒的品质雅韵。Based on the research and analysis of the concept of "Three-view expression" of the material attributes of Chinese Baijiu,the quality elegance of Luzhou-flavor Baijiu was interpreted from the perspectives of flavor type definition,liquor making history,fermentation process of fermented grains supplement in mud cellar,liquor collection according to quality during distillation,and trace organic components of liquor body,etc.
