摘  要:回顾和梳理了近现代以来中国饮料酒行业品类结构的更迭路径与发展变化脉络,并从税收政策、产业政策、技术进步、国际竞争等四方面分析了中国饮料酒行业品类结构更迭和变迁背后的主要推动或影响因素,最后得出结论:在中国综合实力增强推动国内民众消费升级、行业协会和科研高校机构等促进产品质量标准与水平的持续提高、各个饮料酒子品类的代表性企业群体长期的市场培育和建设和中国市场国际化带来更充分的竞争等共同作用之下,逐步形成了现今的中国饮料酒行业品类结构,并将继续向前演进。This paper reviews and combs the changing path and development of the category structure of China’s beverage and wine industry since modern times,and analyzes the main driving or influencing factors behind the changing and changing of the category structure of China’s beverage and wine industry from four aspects:tax policy,industrial policy,technological progress and international competition.Finally,it is concluded that under the combined effects of the enhancement of China’s comprehensive strength to promote the upgrading of domestic people’s consumption,the continuous improvement of product quality standards and levels by industry associations and scientific research universities,the long-term market cultivation and construction of representative enterprise groups of various beverage and wine categories and the fuller competition brought by the internationalization of Chinese market,the category structure of China’s beverage and wine industry has gradually formed and will continue to evolve.
