摘 要:高校承担了“立德树人”的教育使命,而思政课是落实这一使命的关键课程。国家规定各高校需根据师生比不低于1:350的比例配足专职思政课教师。高校的人力资源市场同其他市场一样,需要政府的适当干预,通过在更大范围内的公开招聘,配置教师资源,以满足师资队伍建设的数量和质量要求。以高校思政课教师招聘为着手点,以Z省49所高职院校的2020年招聘信息为研究样本,通过爬虫软件抓取思政课教师招聘信息,挖掘思政课教师招聘需求,分析思政课教师队伍发展桎梏,提出解决方案与途径,为配齐建强思政课教师队伍,补齐思政学科发展短板提供理论依据和实践参考。Colleges take the responsibility of mortality education and nurturing young generation,and the ideological and political course is the key part.Government requires the ratio of ideological and political education teachers to students in every university should be larger than 1:350.The labor market of colleges so as the other markets needs the government administrative intervention.That is to say,colleges should recruit more teachers to satisfy the teaching requirement both in quality and quantity.This paper studies recruiting demands of the ideological and political education teachers in Z Province.The research samples are the recruitment ads of the 49 vocational colleges in 2020 and the paper tries to find the solution to building a strong teaching team of faculty of each vocational college.
