摘 要:随着工业革命、城市化和消费主义的发展,互联网技术的广泛应用,“文化育人”理念的不断兴起,文化的多样性逐渐显现。文化背景分支下的食品设计领域也将人们的生活带入一个新时代。受当代新媒体不断更新迭代的影响,食品设计的形式不再局限于普通的平面语言,传统的设计方法也在逐渐创新,各种食品被艺术工作者以更加多样化的形式展示出来,包括平面海报、食品包装、IP文创以及食品宣传动画,让人们从视觉、触觉以及听觉等多方面体验信息和数字的魅力。而计算机的交互也变成了食品信息与人沟通传递的一种方式,同时这种食品领域的多元化设计也顺应了社会发展的节奏,表达出人们对简单、高效、直观生活的向往和追求。本文通过研究食品类设计领域的探究与实践,来挖掘食品设计的创新应用。With the development of industrial revolution,urbanization and consumerism,the wide application of Internet technology,and the continuous rise of the concept of “cultural education”,cultural diversity is gradually emerging.The field of food design under the branch of cultural background also brings people’s life into a new era.Influenced by the continuous updating of new media,the form of food design is no longer limited to ordinary language.The traditional design methods are gradually innovated.All kinds of food are displayed by artists in more diversified forms,including posters,food packaging,IP cultural creation and food publicity animation.People may get food information from visual,tactile and auditory aspects.Computer interaction has also become a way of communication between food and people.At the same time,this diversified design also conforms to the rhythm of social development,and expresses people’s yearning and pursuit for simple,efficient and intuitive life.This paper explores the innovative application of food design by studying the exploration and practice in food design.
