校企共建以赛促学的旅游酒店类课程改革--以辽宁经济职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：课程改革是促进专业内涵建设、提升教育教学质量的有效途径。辽宁经济职业技术学院根据旅游服务业行业发展背景,基于校企共建、以赛促学的理念,对旅游酒店类课程进行改革,构建了“一个目标、两个课堂、三方构建、四项创新、五个结合”的“12345”的全新课程教学模式。课程改革取得了良好的效果,强化了学生实践能力,提升了学生职业素养,稳定了就业,有效缓解了旅游行业人才流失。Curriculum reform is an effective way to promote the construction of professional connotation and improve the quality of education and teaching.Based on the development background of tourism service industry and the concept of school-enterprise cooperation and promoting learning through competitions,Liaoning Technology Institute of Economy reforms the tourism and hotel services courses and constructs a new course teaching mode of"12345"with"one target,two classes,tripartite construction,four innovations and five combinations".The curriculum reform has achieved good results,strengthened students'practical ability,improved students'professional quality,stabilized employment,and effectively alleviated the brain drain in the tourism industry.
