摘  要:基于14节语言教学活动视频,探讨学前语言领域集体教学新手教师与优秀教师的应答行为差异。相比新手教师,优秀教师在集体教学中有多样化且更高品质的应答行为,能关注更大范围的应答对象并伴有更积极的应答情感。在专业化成长过程中,新手教师应以优秀教师应答行为为对照,关注自身应答能力的培养,使自己获得更快的专业成长。This paper makes a Comparative study of the differences in response behavior between novice teachers and Sophisticated teachers regarding pre-school language domain team teaching based on the 14 video clips of the language teaching activities.Compared with the novice teachers,Sophisticated teachers are much more involved,more diversified and quality-oriented towards the response behavior,whereby,they are able to pay greater attention to the response objects in a broad scale and to be more involved in the feedback emotions.In the process of the career development,novice teachers should be more concerned with their own response capacity building and to be on the fast track of the professional development with the samples from the Sophisticated teacher feedback.
