摘 要:保健食品在我国有着悠久的历史,随着社会经济的进步和人们对健康要求的提高,保健食品产业的发展既拥有光明向好的机遇,在越来越严格的食品安全背景之下也面临前所未有的挑战。云南省是保健食品原料产地之一,程海湖螺旋藻、文山三七、丽江玛咖和桃树胶等都是较好的保健食品原料,这些原料在保健食品中应用广泛,让云南省保健食品产业得到快速发展。本文通过分析食品安全背景下云南省保健食品产业发展存在的不足和今后发展方向,总结保健食品产业高质量发展的对策方向,为保健食品产业的发展提供参考。Health food has a long history in China.With the progress of social economy and the improvement of people’s health requirements,the development of health food industry has bright opportunities,and also facing unprecedented challenges under the background of increasingly strict food safety.Yunnan province is one of the origins of health food raw materials,such as Chenghai Lake Spirulina,Wenshan Panax notoginseng,Lijiang Lepidium meyenii,peach gum,these materials are widely used in health food,and the health food industry in Yunnan has developed rapidly.This paper analyzes the deficiencies and future development direction of health food industry in Yunnan province under the background of food safety.The countermeasures of health food industry development are summarized to provide reference for the development of health food industry.
