摘 要:为了提高学生学习药理学的兴趣和教学质量,基于OBE理念,探讨了药理学课堂创新教学改革路径:教学理念现代化,坚持“立德树人、学生发展中心、成果产出导向、持续改进教学”的理念;课程目标明确化,每堂课程均设立学习目标,培养学生严谨认真的工作态度和科学精神;教学内容系统化,教学内容的选择兼顾基础性、科学性、实用性、先进性及系统性;开场白设计人文化,激发学生的好奇心和探索知识的兴趣;教学方法多样化,运用问题式、讨论式、案例式、情景式等教学方法,提高学生参与度;教学手段信息化,依托雨课堂、云班课等信息化教学平台,使授课内容图像化、表格化、流程化;理论实践一体化,将讲授、实验设计和实验操作等相互融合,使学生在实验中内化理论知识;课堂小结简明化,便于学生记忆,提高学习效果;学习成果评价过程化,不断培养学生的自主学习能力,提高学习主动性。通过创新课堂教学改革,激发了学生的学习兴趣,培养了其自主学习能力,提高了药理学教学质量。In order to improve students’interest in learning pharmacology and the quality of teaching,the path of innovative teaching reform in pharmacology classroom has been discussed based on OBE idea,i.e.modernization of teaching concept,adhering to the concept of“building morality and cultivating people,student development center,achievement output orientation and continuous improvement of teaching”;clarifying curriculum objectives,setting learning objectives for each course,and cultivating students’rigorous and serious working attitude and scientific spirit;systematization of teaching content,and the selection of teaching content taking the basic,scientific,practical,progressiveness and systematic features into account;the prologue designs human culture to stimulate students’curiosity and interest in exploring knowledge;diversified teaching methods,to improve students’participation by using problem-based,discussion based,case based,situational and other teaching methods;informatization teaching means,to make the teaching content graphic,tabular and process relying on information-based teaching platforms such as rain class and cloud class;the integration of theory and practice teaching,to integrate the experimental design and experimental operation,so that students can internalize theoretical knowledge in the experiment;the classroom summary being concise,which is convenient for students to remember and improve the learning effect;the evaluation of learning achievements being process oriented,so as to continuously cultivate students’autonomous learning ability and improve their learning initiative.Through innovative classroom teaching reform,students’interest in learning is stimulated,their autonomous learning ability is cultivated,and the quality of pharmacology teaching is improved.
