摘 要:近年来重大突发公共卫生事件频繁出现而导致的健康危机,极大地考验了我国在各领域的治理水平,也对“健康中国”背景下体育教师队伍角色定位和快速转型带来了新挑战。研究表明,学校体育教育和健康教育发展不平衡、学生体育素养低下和健康素养缺失、面对重大健康危机处理时体育教师缺位、常态教学被冲击时线上体育课程与教学仓促开展是我国体育教师角色面临的新挑战;体育与健康知识和技能的拥有者、学生体育与健康问题解决的引导者、应对重大健康危机的积极参与者、体育与健康线上课程的设计者是体育教师角色的重新定位。基于此,从全生命周期视角并基于教师社会化理论模型,提出了应对重大突发公共卫生事件背景下体育教师角色转变的治理框架,在预社会化阶段应呵护“潜在的未来体育教师”的角色意识,在专业化社会化阶段应重构公共健康导向的职前体育教师培养模式,在组织社会化阶段应多维度引导体育教师更新专业素养。In recent years,the frequent emergence of major public health emergencies led to health crisis has greatly tested the level of governance in various fields in China,and also brought new challenges to the role orientation and rapid transformation of physical education teachers under the background of"Healthy China".The research shows that the unbalanced development of school physical education and health education,low physical literacy of students and the lack of health literacy,absence of physical education teachers in the face of major health crisis,and hasty development of online physical education courses and teaching when normal teaching is impacted are the new challenges faced by P.E.teachers in China;the owners of physical education and health knowledge and skills,the guides for students to solve physical education and health problems,the active participants in major health crises and the designers of online physical education and health courses are the role reorientation of physical education teachers.Based on this,from the perspective of the whole life cycle and based on the theoretical model of teacher socialization,this paper puts forward a governance framework to deal with the role transformation of physical education teachers under the background of major public health emergencies.In the pre-socialization stage,we should take care of the role consciousness of"potential future physical education teachers",in the professional socialization stage,we should reconstruct the public health oriented pre-service physical education teacher training mode,and in the organizational socialization stage,we should guide them in multiple dimensions to renew their professional quality.
