高职院校班级导师制下开展心理健康教育现状及对策

摘　　要：采用自编问卷《高职院校班级学生心理健康工作开展状况调查》对成熟实行班级导师制的四川工程职业技术学院258位专兼职辅导员和班级导师进行调查。结果:(1)辅导员和班级导师心理健康知识匮乏;(2)班级心理健康教育及学生心理问题应对工作开展的效果不够理想;(3)辅导员和班级导师二者角色压力不均衡。对策:(1)正确认识心理问题及心理健康教育工作,促进工作的自主性;(2)构筑心理健康专业智力支持,实现教师队伍的专业化升级;(3)谋求辅导员和班级导师的合力,发挥“班级导师制”的制度优势。The 258 cases of counselors and class-tutorials of Sichuan Engineering Technical College that practiced the class tutorial system were surveyed with a self-made questionnaire.The results showed that some problems existed,short of professional knowledge of psychology,unsatisfactory result of mental health education,heavy pressure in mental health education.According to these difficulties,some measures were formulated,such as understanding correctly of mental problems and mental health education,upgrading teacher’s group with professional knowledge of psychology,and seeking teachers’joint efforts in mental health education.
