摘　　要：以创新创业为导向,以制药工程专业人才培养目标定位为依据,齐鲁工业大学(山东省科学院)创新“3+1+N”人才培养模式,建立科教产深度融合的多元协同育人平台及机制,优化师资队伍,改革教学思路,修订培养方案,拓宽实践平台,通过课程思政提高学生专业认同感,驱动创新创业教育系统内部各部分的协同发展,保障创新创业人才培养的效果,培养更多能够积极投身到制药领域事业的高水平学生。Guided by innovation and entrepreneurship,based on the orientation of talent training for pharmaceutical engineering professionals,Qilu University of Technology(Shandong Academy of Sciences)innovates the"3+1+N"talent training model,and establishes a multi-disciplinary collaborative education platform and mechanism for deep integration of science,education and industry,optimize the teaching staff,reform teaching ideas,revise the training plan,broaden the practice platform,improve students'professional identity through curriculum ideology and politics,drive the coordinated development of all parts of the innovation and entrepreneurship education system,ensure the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training,and cultivate more high-level students who can actively devote themselves to careers in the pharmaceutical field.
