摘  要:火龙果采后果实呼吸代谢旺盛,贮藏期极易发生鳞片劣变、果肉褐变、营养损失、低温冷害、病虫害侵染等品质劣变现象,严重影响火龙果采后销售。针对火龙果采后品质劣变的主要表现,总结了火龙果采后的主要保鲜技术方法,以期为研发火龙果新型保鲜技术提供参考依据。Because of its strong respiration,the fresh pitaya fruit was extremely susceptible to a series of deterioration phenomena such as scales,flesh browning,nutrient loss,low temperature and cold damage,and disease and insect infestation,which seriously affected the post-harvest sales of pitaya.The review described the main manifestations of post-harvest quality deterioration of pitaya and outlined the main methods of preservation of pitaya in order to provide a reference for the development of new green and safe preservation technology.
