摘 要:高校课程思政建设由理念转化为实践、由专业教育与思想政治教育结合走向融合的前提,在于清晰认识高校课程思政的行动逻辑与现实挑战。高校课程思政的逻辑起点是立德树人,初衷是要彰显专业课程的隐性育人价值。但是当前受到内生发展动力不足与外部支持供给欠缺的双重掣肘,高校课程思政建设有待深化。基于立德树人的逻辑起点和当前现实挑战,高校课程思政建设持续发展的有效路径是在共同体视域下构建全方位的育人共同体,即高校课程思政共同体。聚力发展课程思政共同体,要始终以国家政策为出发点,打破内外部育人壁垒,通过统筹学生、课程、教师、制度等内部要素,完善以政府、家庭、社会为主的外部支持体系,从而实现高校课程思政持续发展。College curriculum-based ideological and political construction should be put into practice from the vision and integrate the curriculum with the ideological and political education.The premise of these lies in a clear understanding of the action logic and the actual challenge of college curriculum-based ideological and political education.The action logic of curriculum-based ideological and political education is now becoming increasingly clear.The logic stems from fostering virtue,with the principle to highlight the recessive education of the curriculum.The ultimate aim is to enrich students in social,cultural and spiritual aspects,and to cultivate the necessary core qualities for students.However,there are dual constraints to strengthen college curriculum-based ideological and political construction,namely,insufficient dynamics of endogenous development and lack of external support supply.It is urgent to base upon the perspective of college curriculum-based ideological and political community and take effective measures in terms of work pattern,team construction,support supply and so forth.Based on the above logic and present challenges,curriculum-based ideological and political education should be achieved on a path in which the all-round educational community is constructed from the perspective of community:the educational goal should always adhere to the national policies and go beyond the internal and external barriers;the internal elements are coordinated(for instance,students,curriculum,teachers,and regulations),and external support is improved,including government,family and society as the main supports;then the development of curriculum-based ideological and political community is stressed,so as to realize its sustainable development.
