摘 要:“导游业务”是旅游管理专业的主干课程,基于云班课的混合式教学模式就是通过整合“导游业务”教学内容,规划教学整体设计,将教学活动组成课前线上自主学习、课中线下+线上参与式教学、课后线上拓展训练三个相互联系、相互促进、高度融合的整体,将云班课平台上丰富的教学活动贯穿到课程教学的各环节中,以学习者为中心开展教学设计。该教学模式解决了“导游业务”课程在传统教学中存在的学生学习消极被动、动力不足、大班授课无法顾及学生个性化需求、实践教学开展不够、教学效果不理想等问题。“Tour guide business”is the main course in tourism management profession.The hybrid teaching mode based on cloud class is to make the teaching plan centered on learners by integrating“tour guide business”teaching content,planning teaching overall design,mixing students’pre-class independent learning,mid-class online/offline participation and after-class online training to put the rich teaching activities in cloud class platform into teaching prac⁃tice.The paper contends that this teaching mode solves the problems existing in the traditional class teaching such as stu⁃dents’negative learning,insufficient motivation,ignoring students’personalized learning needs,lacking of practi⁃cal teaching and unsatisfactory teaching effect.
