摘 要:中国神话在国外呈现以语言文字、多媒体传播为主,舞剧、木偶戏等其他方式为辅的多模态译介与传播格局。其总体发展态势良好,但也存在各模态相互脱离、翻译质量参差不齐、国外受众文化预设不足等问题。因此,提高中国神话的传播力应从提高各模态结合度,让各模态相辅相成,积极培养高水平的多模态本土译者;加强中西文化交流,提高国外受众文化预设能力等几方面着手。As one of the excellent traditional Chinese culture, Chinese mythology not only reflects the ancient people’s original fantasy of nature and society, but also records the changes of social life and history. Its connotation is rich, profound and concise, which plays a vital role in the construction of China’s cultural image. In retrospect, the multimodal translation and dissemination of Chinese mythology in foreign countries has been expanding in depth and breadth, presenting a pattern of translation and dissemination with language and multimedia as the main means, and dance drama, puppet show and other forms as the supplement. The overall development trend is good, but there are also problems such as the separation of various modality from each other, uneven quality of translation, lack of cultural presupposition in foreign audiences and so on. In this context, this paper reviews the development of multimodal translation and publicity of Chinese mythology, summarizes the problems in different stages, and puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of improving the degree of modality combination, cultivating multimodal local translators, and improving cultural presupposition ability, so as to provide an optimized scheme for the translation and publicity of Chinese mythology and the pursuit in achieving“going out”.
