摘  要:作为一种可代替人工的劳动力,工业机器人正在逐渐改变制造业的用工模式。为满足现代企业智能化生产的需求,阐述我国现阶段工业机器人专业发展情况,分析我国工业机器人师资队伍存在的问题,指出加强师资队伍建设的必要性和紧迫性,并提出加大专业人才的引进力度、合理制定教师队伍的发展规划、打造双师型教师队伍以及提升师资队伍教学及科研能力等措施。As an alternative to manual labor,industrial robots are gradually changing the employment mode of manufacturing industry.In order to meet the needs of intelligent production of modern enterprises,this paper expounds the professional development of industrial robots in China at the present stage,analyzes the existing problems of industrial robot teachers in China,points out the necessity and urgency of strengthening the construction of teachers,and puts forward some measures,such as increasing the introduction of professional talents,reasonably formulating the development plan of teachers,building a double qualified teachers,and improving the teaching and scientific research ability of teachers.
