摘  要:开展教师自主选学试点,探索教师自主发展机制是当前教师培训改革的重要方面。对教师培训自主选学,学员最为关心的依次是培训课程、培训时间、培训机构、培训方式和培训专家。在培训课程方面,要建立教师培训课程体系,必修和选修结合,渐进式方式推进;在培训时间方面,要以培训周期制为基础,保持常规项目的稳定性,灵活安排培训时间,采用平行班的方式以实现自主选择。通过确定培训机构遴选的条件,采用线上培训与线下培训、集中培训与分段培训、外出培训与送教培训多样的形式,建立多层次的培训专家库,以实现培训机构、培训方式和培训专家的自主选择。Conducting a pilot scheme for teachers'independent selection of training and exploring the mechanism of teachers'independent development are indispensable parts of the current teacher training reform.The most important aspects that teachers concern about are training curriculum,training time,training institutions,training methods and training experts.In terms of training curriculum,it is necessary to build a teacher training curriculum system,combining compulsory and optional courses and advancing in a progressive manner.In terms of training time,a periodic system should be established,which shall maintain the stability of regular program while ensuring certain flexibility,and using parallel classes to realize independent selection.Meanwhile,it is also necessary to set a series of conditions for selecting the training institutions,combine online training and offline training,centralized training and segmented training,take diversified training forms,and establish a multi-level training expert pool,so as to achieve teachers'independent selection of training institutions,training methods and training experts.
