摘　　要：中外合作办学能够充分利用国际教育资源,提高国内教师的国际竞争力,能够通过引进国外先进的教育思想、教育理念、教学内容、教学方法和教学管理经验,培养出高水平的国际人才,提高中国的整体教育水平。基于高校中外合作办学项目的中外教师合作教学模式优化措施包括:构建多层级沟通机制、优化考核方式、明确中外教师角色定位、加强评价反馈机制的构建、构建交流学习平台。Sino foreign cooperation in running schools can make full use of international educational resources,improve the international competitiveness of domestic teachers,cultivate high-level international talents and improve China's overall education level by introducing foreign advanced educational ideas,educational ideas,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching management experience.The optimization measures of the cooperative teaching mode of Chinese and foreign teachers based on the Sino foreign cooperative school running project in colleges and universities include:constructing a multi-level communication mechanism,optimizing the assessment methods,clarifying the role orientation of Chinese and foreign teachers,strengthening the construction of evaluation and feedback mechanism,and constructing an exchange and learning platform.
