摘　　要：根据国家大力发展高等职业教育,培养高素质复合型技术技能人才的要求,以我校建设优质高职院校、骨干专业及双师型结构化师资队伍的需要为依据,结合自身企业实践经历,对高职院校建立健全专业教师下厂实践锻炼制度进行了探讨,提出了高职化工类专业教师下厂实践锻炼面临的问题及解决策略,切实推进优质高等职业教育的发展。According to the requirements of the state to vigorously develop higher vocational education and cultivate high quality compound technical and skilled talents,based on the needs of our university to build high-quality higher vocational colleges,backbone majors and double qualified teachers,combined with our own enterprise practical experience,this paper discusses the establishment and improvement of professional teachers′practical training system in higher vocational colleg⁃es.This paper puts forward the problems and solutions faced by chemical professional teachers in higher vocational colleg⁃es,so as to promote the development of high-quality higher vocational education.
