摘　　要：针对“1+X”证书制度背景下高职护理专业人才培养遇到的问题,高职院校要积极探索护理专业人才培养模式的改革措施。要注重构建“1+X”证书制度下高职护理专业“分方向、多渠道”的人才培养模式,构建基于护理岗位能力和素质培养的“岗位导向、能力递进、X向拓展”的模块化课程体系,探索“课证融通”,深化“三教改革”,并构建“双主体三层次五环节”实践教学体系,以进一步提高护理专业人才培养质量和学生就业能力。In view of the problems encountered in the training of nursing professionals in higher vocational colleges under the background of"1+X"certificate system,higher vocational colleges should actively explore the reform measures of the training mode of nursing professionals.We should pay attention to the construction of a"directional and multi-channel"talent training mode for higher vocational nursing specialty under the"1+X"certificate system,build a modular curriculum system of"post orientation,progressive ability and X-direction expansion"based on the cultivation of nursing post ability and quality,explore the"integration of courses and certificates",deepen the"three education reform",and build a"double subject,three-level and five links"practical teaching system,in order to further improve the training quality of nursing professionals and students'employability.
