摘 要:目的研究分析在整形外科学生临床教学中,联合开展以问题为导向教学法(PBL)和病例为主教学法(CBL)对学生的教学效果。方法选取2018年3月—2020年3月带教学生52名为研究对象,平均分为对照组和研究组,每组26名。对照组采取传统教学模式,研究组实施PBL+CBL联合教学模式,分析考核的理论成绩、临床实践成绩、学习状态、专业水平及教学满意度。结果临床教学后,研究组的考核成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的学习积极性、课堂参与积极性、自主学习意识、思维能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的临床病例分析、读片专业水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合CBL教学方式在整形外科学生临床教学中能有效引导学生学习积极性,提高其专业能力,教学效果良好。Objective To study and analyze the teaching effect of combined problem-based teaching(PBL)and case-based teaching(CBL)in the clinical teaching of plastic surgery students.Methods 52 teaching students from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the resrarch objects,and equally divided into control group and research group,with 26 students in each group.The control group adopted traditional teaching mode,while the research group implemented PBL+CBL joint teaching mode,and analyzed the theoretical results,clinical practice results learning status,professional level and teaching satisfaction.Results After clinical teaching,the examination results of the research group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The learning enthusiasm,classroom participation enthusiasm,self-learning consciousness and thinking ability of the research group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The professional levels of clinical case analysis and film reading in the research group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with CBL teaching method can effectively guide students'learning enthusiasm in the clinical teaching of plastic surgery students,improve their professional ability,and have a good teaching effect.
