开放大学学前教育学课程思政实践探索

摘　　要：课程思政是立德树人工作的重要支撑,开放大学教学实践中存在认识水平、建设能力和评价体系等问题。职业精神培育是学前教育学课程思政建设的重要抓手,也是强化课程思政,推进开放大学综合改革的内在要求。围绕开放大学学前教育课程实践,展示以职业精神培育为主线的课程思政教学设计、组织实施和教学评价,提出提升师资队伍课程思政意识和能力,挖掘独特思政元素,营造线上线下育人环境,完备课程考核体系等改进策略。It is clear that curriculum ideological and political education is an important support for building morality and cultivating people.However,there exist some problems in teaching practice such as understanding level,capacity building and evaluation system.It is well-known that talent cultivation o spirit is an important starting point for ideological and political construction in preschool pedagogy curriculum.Also,it is important to promote comprehensive reform.Therefore,the paper tries to expound curriculum ideological and political teaching design,organization and implementation.On the other hand,it strongly recommends some improvement strategies such as improving the teachers'curriculum ideological and political consciousness and ability,excavating unique ideological and political elements,creating an online and offline education environment and perfecting the curriculum assessment system.
