摘 要:高职院校生源素质参差不齐,对高职院校单一的人才培养模式提出了极大的挑战。在新需求背景下,遵循以学生全面发展、成才为原则,笔者学校以数控技术专业为龙头,依托“1+X”证书不同等级的人才培训标准,探索施行分类分层教学的可行性和必要性。该文利用学生素质、Das-Naglieri认知能力评估成绩、教师同学评价作为参考因素进行线性回归分析,确定影响学生学习能力的主、次要因素,按照“1+X”证书等级要求构建人才培养模式,为学生提供多种学习方式,使学生都能获得与其自身能力相符的技能,有效地提高了学生动手实践能力和创新能力,从而解决高职生源多元化造成的教学困扰,为高职院校教学改革提供新思路。The uneven quality of students in higher vocational colleges poses a great challenge to the single talent training mode of higher vocational colleges.In the context of new demands,following the principle of all-round development and success of students,the author's school takes the major of Numerical Control technology as the example and relies on the talent training standards of different levels of"1+X"certificate to explore the feasibility and necessity of classified and layered teaching.Using students'quality,Das-Naglieri cognitive ability evaluation results and teachers'and classmates'evaluation as reference factors for linear regression analysis,determine the primary and secondary factors affecting students'learning ability,build talent training mode according to the requirements of"1+X"certificate level,provide students with multiple learning methods,enable students to obtain skills consistent with their own abilities,and effectively improve students'practical ability and innovation ability,so as to solve the teaching problems caused by the diversification of higher vocational students and provide new ideas for the teaching reform of higher vocational colleges.
