摘　　要：“健康中国”背景下,医学职业教育肩负着健康乡村重要职责,高职医学职业教育立足医学专业特点,通过树牢服务健康初心,助力扎根基层家国情怀;通过实施订单定向培养,助力基层医疗体系完善;通过医教协同人才培养,助力基层卫生人才发展;通过开展技术技能服务,为提升基层医疗服务水平等路径服务乡村振兴战略实施,提高职业院校人才培养质量,促进医学专业内涵发展和提升师资队伍教育教学水平,助力健康乡村建设和健康中国战略顺利实施提供路径参考。Under the background of"Healthy China",medical vocational education shoulders the important responsibility of healthy rural areas.Based on the characteristics of Medical specialty,higher vocational medical vocational education helps to take root in the feelings of home and country at the grass-roots level by strengthening the original intention of serving health;through the implementation of order oriented training,help improve the grass roots medical system;through the collaborative training of medical and educational talents,help the development of grass-roots health talents;by carrying out technical skills services and improving the level of grass-roots medical services,we can serve the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,improve the quality of talent training in vocational colleges,promote the connotation development of medical specialty and improve the education and teaching level of teachers,and help the construction of healthy villages and the smooth implementation of the Healthy China strategy.
