摘　　要：学术研究无疑是大学教师的重要职责。然而,大学教师在学术研究中却总是面临着诸多关系的制约。因此,以学术“中和观”为指导思想,把握学术研究中“数量与质量”“兴趣与国家”“长远与眼前”“理论与实践”“学术与政治”“科学与人文”“教学与科研”“生活与工作”等八大关系,有利于挖掘大学教师学术研究的规律、目的、价值、方式、规制、范畴、增益与状态,进而有助于帮助大学教师在面对复杂、具体与现实的种种问题中,能够充分认识学术间的相关关系并妥善解决关系间的张力,完善自身的学术体系与发展。Academic research is undoubtedly an important responsibility of university teachers.However,university teachers are always faced with many constraints in academic research.Therefore,university teachers take“balance”as the guiding ideology,handle the eight relations of“quantity and quality”,“interest and country”,“long and immediate”,“theory and practice”,“academic and politics”,“science and humanities”,“teaching and research”,“life and work”in the academic research,to enhance the rule,goals,values,methods,specifications,category,gain and state of academic research in the complex,concrete and realistic problems,recognize and maintain the relationship between tensions and perfect their own academic development,improve their own academic system and development.
