摘　　要：自20世纪90年代以来,“设计”成为多模态话语分析理论中的一个重要概念,“设计学习”也成为国外教学改革的重要教学理论之一.最近几年在我国,“设计学习”在外语教学方面的研究也开始萌芽.本文首先回顾了“设计学习”在国内外理论层面和应用层面的研究状况,然后基于当代社会学的新理论——语义波理论和我国新时代对外语教育人才培养的新要求——全人教育,对“设计学习”在应用层面进行了展望.Since 1990s,"design"has been an important concept in multimodal discourse analysis,and"learning by design"has also been one of the important theories in the teaching reform all over the world.And in recent years,studies on"learning by design"have been sprouting in the foreign language teaching in China.In the present article,on the one hand,we review the history and development of theoretical research on"learning by design"and its applications to teaching.On the other hand,we advance its applications level in these two aspects:a current achievement in sociology-integrating semantic wave and a requirement for talents of foreign language education in new era in our country-holistic education.
