摘 要:在教育信息化2.0时代,学习系统将发生一系列变革,其具体表现为:技术开始成为影响学习绩效的核心因素,传统的学习环境发生了功能性变化,学习过程模式发生着质性变革,学习系统正向具有自我更新、发展的生态化演进。随着学习系统的变革,作为学习系统重要因素的教师的功能及角色定位也将得到不同层面的重塑,体现在教师角色将从知识来源的“控制者”变为知识内容的“导向者”,从学习活动的“组织者”变为学习环境的“建构者”,从知识传递的“主导者”变为知识建构的“协同者”,从学习体系的“中心者”变为学习体系的“服务者”。教师角色重塑的要点是以理念更新为引领,建构与教育信息化2.0时代相适应的教师知识新体系,培育自由审美的教师伦理。In the era of educational information 2.0,the learning system will undergo a series of changes.The specific manifestations are:technology has begun to become the core factor affecting learning performance;the traditional learning environment has undergone functional changes;the learning process model has undergone qualitative changes;the learning system is evolving towards an ecological evolution with self-renewal and development.With the transformation of the learning system,teachers are seen as an important factor of the learning system,and their function and role positioning will also be reshaped in different levels.This is reflected in the fact that the role of teachers will change from the"controller"of knowledge sources to the"guide"of knowledge contents;from the"organizer"of learning activities to the"constructor"of the learning environment;from the"leader"of knowledge transmission to the"coordinator"of knowledge construction;from the"center"of the learning system to the"server"of the learning system.The key points of reshaping the role of teachers are guided by the renewal of ideas;constructing a new system of teacher knowledge that is compatible with the era of educational information 2.0;and fostering a teacher ethics of free aesthetics.
