摘　　要：“食品机械与设备”课程是食品科学与工程专业的必修课,也是培养学生工程能力和创新能力的基础。在各类线上教学活动积极发展的背景下,“食品机械与设备”课程如何利用慕课资源提升教学效果,是一个值得探索的问题。对“食品机械与设备”课程教学特点、慕课平台建设与使用等进行介绍,并对课程的教学难点、重点与慕课结合的模式、方法进行了探索,以期提高课程的教学效果,为课程后续的教学改革提供一定的参考和借鉴。The curriculum of Food Machine and Equipment is the main course of Food Science and Engineering,which also is the basic of process capability and innovation ability training.With the development of online teaching in the university,it is an exploring problem about the using of MOOC to enhance the teaching quality in Food Machine and Equipment.Through introduction the teaching characteristic,the construction and using of MOOC in the teaching of Food Machine and Equipment.To raising the teaching quality,it also investigated the difficult points,the important points and the mode of combination of off-line teaching and MOOC.This could provide a reference to the subsequent teaching reform.
