摘　　要：随着生活质量的提高和动物源食品出口贸易的增长,多数畜牧者为了追求食品产量和质量会过度使用兽药,导致食品中存在兽药残留,危害人畜健康。本文对动物源食品中的残留兽药危害、检测技术及防控措施进行分析,以供参考。With the improvement of quality of life and the growth of animal derived food export trade,most animal husbandry people use veterinary drugs excessively to pursue food yield and quality,resulting in veterinary drug residues and endangering human and animal health.This paper analyzes the harm,detection technology and prevention and control measures of residual veterinary drugs in food of animal origin for reference.
