将食品营养健康融入阳光体育运动体系的构建

摘　　要：阳光体育运动概念自提出以来被广泛普及和利用,取得了显著的教学效果。而随着新课改方针的逐渐渗透、体育学科内在变革的需求日益凸显,食品营养健康被纳入到阳光体育运动体系中,完善和发展了体育学科。对此,本文将以体育教育为主要研究对象,分析中小学教育将食品健康融入到阳光体育运动体系的重要性,并在此基础上探讨教师将食品健康融入到阳光体育运动体系的构建中的具体策略,力求让阳光体育运动更具有现实意义。The concept of sunshine sports has been widely popularized and used since it was put forward,and has achieved remarkable teaching effects.With the gradual penetration of the new curriculum reform policy and the increasingly prominent demand for internal changes in the physical education discipline,food nutrition and health have been incorporated into the sunshine sports system,improving and developing the physical education discipline.In this regard,this paper will take physical education as the main research object,and analyze the importance of integrating food health into the sunshine sports system in primary and secondary education,and on this basis,discuss teachers’specific strategies for integrating food health into the construction of the sunshine sports system strive to make sunshine sports more realistic.
