摘 要:建立一种利用离子色谱法同时检测糕点中3种甜味剂的方法。通过对样品提取的前处理过程、泵流速、淋洗液浓度梯度的优化,选择合适的检验条件,同时考虑糕点中常见干扰离子的影响,一次性检测糕点中的甜蜜素、安赛蜜和糖精钠。3种目标物的检出限为糖精钠0.13 μg/mL,甜蜜素0.25 μg/mL,安赛蜜0.34 μg/mL;峰面积标准偏差范围为糖精钠3.07%~4.12%,甜蜜素0.35%~5.41%,安赛蜜1.21%~3.24%;保留时间标准偏差范围为糖精钠0.19%~0.53%,甜蜜素0.34%~0.63%,安赛蜜0.28%~0.54%。通过加标回收实验得到的方法回收率为甜蜜素94.3%,安赛蜜93.0%,糖精钠90.1%。此方法无需使用复杂的有机前处理试剂及沉淀剂,仅使用水作为提取剂,采用离子色谱电导检测器,能一次性检测出糕点中3种甜味剂。采用上述的仪器条件,干扰实验也表明,目标峰附近没有相近的峰干扰,可用于其他食品检测。A method for simultaneous determination of three sweeteners in cakes by ion chromatography was established.Through the optimization of the pretreatment process of sample extraction,pump flow rate and eluent concentration gradient,select the appropriate test conditions,and consider the influence of common interfering ions in cakes,so as to detect sodium cyclamate,acesulfame and saccharin sodium in cakes at one time.The detection limit of the three targets was saccharin sodium 0.13 μg/mL,sodium cyclamate 0.25 μg/mL,acesulfame 0.34 μg/mL;The standard deviation of peak area is 3.07%~4.12% for saccharin sodium,0.35%~5.41% for cyclamate and 1.21%~3.24% for Acesulfame;The standard deviation of retention time is 0.19%~0.53% for saccharin sodium,0.34%~0.63% for sodium cyclamate and 0.28%~0.54% for Acesulfame.The recoveries of cyclamate,acesulfame and saccharin sodium were 94.3%,93.0% and 90.1%,respectively.This method does not need to use complex organic pretreatment reagent and precipitant,only uses water as extraction agent,and uses ion chromatography conductivity detector to detect three sweeteners in cakes at one time.Using the above instrument conditions,the interference experiment also shows that there is no similar peak interference near the target peak,which can be used for other food detection.
