摘  要:为了了解网购驴肉产品中镉污染的状况以及为采取有针对性的控制措施提供科学依据,本文通过网络随机购样,采集8个省份32家生产企业共计37批次驴肉产品样品,用电感耦合等离子体-质谱法检测其中镉的含量,检测结果按《食品安全国家标准 食品中污染物限量》(GB 2762—2017)进行评价。调研结果显示,37批次驴肉产品中镉检出率为94.6%,含量范围为ND~0.21 mg/kg,其中2批次产品中镉含量超标,建议相关部门采取有效措施,加强监管力度,保障食品安全。In order to understand the status of cadmium pollution in donkey meat products purchased online and provide a scientific basis for taking targeted control measures,this paper randomly purchased samples from the Internet and collected a total of 37 batches of donkey meat product samples from 32 production enterprises in 8 provinces.The contents of cadmium were detected by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry and evaluated by “The Food Safety National Standards for Pollutant Limits” (GB 2762—2017).The research results revealed that cadmium detectionrate was 94.59% in 37 batches of donkey meat products,the concentration range is between ND to 0.21 mg/kg.There were cadmium contamination in 2 batches of donkey meat products,which may provide a reference for making polices and taking effective measures for supervision.
