摘　　要：为了不断完善现代高等职业教育新的教学管理体系,进一步推进建立现代职业教育先进的高素质技能培养方案,教育部提出了在全国普通高等职业院校建立“1+X”职业资格证书管理制度改革试点的专项建议,这使得职业资格证书成为职业教育的重要组成部分。笔者以“Python程序开发”课程为例,阐述了“1+X”职业技能教学资源管理系统的设计与应用,为高职院校进一步推进“1+X”证书制度提供了重要的参考依据。In order to continuously improve the new teaching management system of modern higher vocational education and further promote the establishment of advanced high-quality skills training programs for modern vocational education, the Ministry of Education proposed to establish a “1+X” vocational qualification certificate management system reform in ordinary higher vocational colleges across the country. The special proposal of the pilot, which makes the vocational qualification certificate an important part of vocational education. Taking the course of “Python Program Development” as an example, the author expounds the design and application of the “1+X” vocational skills teaching resource management system, which provides an important reference for the further promotion of the “1+X” certificate system in higher vocational colleges.
