摘 要:目的评价在神经外科临床见习教学中应用PBL结合CBL教学法的使用效果。方法选择2019年9月—2021年9月该院神经外科专业见习生90名为研究对象,2019年9月—2020年9月给予传统教学法的45名见习生为对照组,2020年10月—2021年9月给予PBL结合CBL教学法的45名见习生为观察组,对比两组神经外科的临床教学效果。结果观察组见习生考核成绩评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组见习生对于教学方式的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组见习生教学评价结果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组带教教师对于见习生的评价均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经外科临床见习教学中应用PBL结合CBL教学法的教学效果显著,可以提升见习生的考核成绩和操作能力,值得在教学中予以推广使用。Objective To evaluate the effect of applying PBL combined with CBL teaching method in neurosurgery clinical trainee teaching.Methods 90 neurosurgery trainees in the hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects.45 trainees who were given the traditional teaching method from September 2019 to September 2020 were the control group,45 trainees who were given PBL combined with CBL teaching method from October 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the observation group.The clinical teaching effects of neurosurgery between the two groups were compared.Results The test scores of the trainees in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the trainees in the observation group with the teaching method was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching evaluation results of the trainees in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation of the trainees by the teachers in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in neurosurgery clinical trainee teaching has a significant teaching effect,which can improve the trainee's assessment performance and operation ability,and is worthy of popularization and use in teaching.
