摘　　要：基于“双一流”高等教育建设背景,通过调研分析研究生培养过程中存在的主要问题,结合地方院校化学工程与技术专业研究生培养的实际情况,改革和创新研究生培养模式。分别从优化课程及平台建设、导师团队建设、过程教学机制、交流与沟通四方面探讨适合广西高校基于科研能力培养的化学工程与技术专业学术型研究生培养新思路。把研究生培养工作中的新理念、新手段融入研究生教育中去,构建以培养合格研究生人才为目的的教育新观念,更好贯彻“双一流”建设战略。Based on the background of“double first-class”higher education construction,through investigation and analysis of the main problems existing in the process of postgraduate training,and combined with the actual situation of postgraduate training of chemical engineering and technology majors in local colleges and universities,we reform and innovate the postgraduate training mode.This paper discusses new ideas for the cultivation of academic postgraduates majoring in chemical engineering and technology based on the cultivation of scientific research ability in colleges and universities in Guangxi from four aspects:optimizing the construction of curriculum and platform,the construction of tutor team,process teaching mechanism,and communication.We integrate the new ideas and new means in postgraduate training into postgraduate education,so as to build a new educational concept for the purpose of cultivating qualified postgraduates,and better implement the“double first-class”construction strategy.
