摘  要:产出导向是工程教育认证的核心理念,贯穿于学生培养的全过程,课程教学是过程培养的核心环节。以“食品试验设计与统计分析”课程为例,坚持以学生为中心、产出导向和持续改进的理念进行课程教学设计,在课程目标、教学环节、课程考核及评价、课程思政等方面进行系统设计与阐述,建立基于工程教育背景下的课程教学体系,为食品科学与工程类等相关专业的课程教学设计和实践提供依据。Outcome based Education, OBE, is the core idea of engineering education accreditation, which should go throughout the whole process of education. Course teaching is the critical part in the training process.In this paper, course teaching design is carried out on Food Experimental Design and Statistical Analysis under the idea of student-centered, OBE, and continuous improvement. Course objective, teach process, assessment and evaluation, and ideological and political education have been designed systematically. A course teaching system based on engineering education is developed. Finally, it can be the basis of course teaching design for major of food science and engineering.
