感染科住院医师规范化培训模式改革探讨

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是加强临床医师队伍建设的一项重大基础工程,是深化医改和医学教育改革的重大举措。当前感染科的住培工作面临巨大的变化和挑战,提高感染科住培质量对国家应对重大突发性感染疾病具有重大的意义。文章结合哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院感染科多年的住院医师规范化培训经验,提出在当前医疗大环境下,感染科住院医师规范化培训可通过提高带教教师的教学水平,增加感染科特色宣讲,加强感控知识学习,采用多种先进的教学模式,加强医学人文素质培养,实行差别教育管理,定期组织考核等改革方式,进一步提高感染科住培医生的临床培养质量和临床诊疗能力,同时提高住培医生面对突发公共卫生事件的应急反应和救治能力。Resident standardized training is an important and significant work in.Based on years of standardized training experience in the department of infectious diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University,this paper proposes that in the environment of normalization of epidemic prevention and control,we should increase the special education of infectious diseases department,strengthen the study of infection control knowledge,and implement characteristic classification education according to different diseases,so as to further improve the clinical training quality of the professional training doctors and face the public emergencies Emergency response and treatment ability of health events.
