摘 要:目的分析在眼科见习课中应用辩论式教学法的效果。方法选取时间为2020年6—12月,我处临床眼科专业课共计两个班级,将其列为常规教学班级以及辩论式班级,每个班级各46名学生,其中常规教学班级在眼科见习课中实施基础教学法(lecture-based learning,LBL),而辩论式班级则在LBL的基础上联合辩论式教学,当所有见习课程结束后,采用自制调查问卷的形式来获取两个班级学生的反馈信息,同时对两个班级进行相应的成绩考核,深入分析辩论式教学方法的应用效果。结果从反馈的信息结果来看,对本次辩论赛的评价较高;从考核成绩来看,常规教学班级考核成绩远不及辩论式班级(P<0.05);而辩手平均考核成绩与非辩手差异微小(P>0.05)。结论在眼科见习课中运用辩论式教学法,可以将学生的“思维”和“知识”相互结合,对提升学生的自学能力、解决问题能力、沟通能力、团队协同能力等非常有利,故对提升学生的综合素质水平意义重大。Objective To analyze the effect of the application of debate teaching method in ophthalmology.Methods The selection time is from June to December 2020;Group method:I have two classes in clinical ophthalmology.It's a regular class and a debate class,46 students per class.Among them,the routine teaching class implements the basic teaching method(lecture-based learning,LBL)in the ophthalmology probation class LBL.Debate classes,on a LBL basis.When all the trainee sessions are over.Using a self-made questionnaire to get feedback from two classes.At the same time,the two classes for the corresponding results assessment.Deeply analyze the application effect of debate teaching method.Result From the feedback.The evaluation of the debate competition is high.Judging from the results.Conventional teaching class assessment results are far less than the debate class(P<0.05).However,the difference between the average assessment score and the non-debater was small(P>0.05).Conclusion Using the debating teaching method in the course of ophthalmology.It can combine students'thinking and knowledge.It is very beneficial to improve students'self-study ability,problem solving ability,communication ability and team cooperation ability.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the students'comprehensive quality level.
