摘  要:职业能力构成的多样性、呈现的工作情境性及观测的复杂性,亟需我们改变学校主导的职业能力测评方式,代之以第三方(主要是行业企业)主导的测评方式改革。基于能力本位评价观在对顺德中职学生职业能力测评实践基础上,提出了“以岗定标、比对量才”的中职学生职业能力测评理念,探索出“曹冲称象,能力比对”的职业能力测评方法,设计了“能力测评+人才评价”的全方位评价标准体系,形成了“立体考”的中职学生职业能力测评路径,实现了以岗位能力为标尺精准测评中职学生职业能力的目标。Diverse composition of professional competence,the reliance on work situations for displaying professional competence and the complexity of its observation result in an urgent need to replace the schoolled assessment of professional competence(APC)with a third party(mainly industries and enterprises)assessment model.Applying the idea of competency-basedevaluation and based on the practice of industryled APC of students in secondary vocational schools in Shunde,this paper puts forward the idea of setting standards based on posts and measuring competence by comparison,explores the method of setting standards to measure competence,designs a comprehensive evaluation standard system of"competence assessment+talent evaluation"and proposes an all-round assessment method,so as to realize precise APC of secondary vocational students with post competence as the standards.
