摘　　要：大学生心理健康教育课程作为高校心理育人的主阵地,是人才培养体系的重要组成部分,是新时代高校思想政治教育工作的重要育人要素。该课程本身蕴含大量思政元素,与大学生思政课同向同行,是落实立德树人这一根本教学任务的重要载体。“知情意”是个体基本心理活动,“行”是前三者的表现与实施;“知情意行”也是大学生心理健康教育课程主脉络。文章始终围绕立德树人教育主旨,以中国传统文化为底蕴,构建“知情意行四维一体”的课程思政体系,从“知通”“情牵”“意坚”和“行践”四大课程设计维度,做到“线上线下全覆盖”“课内课外全融通”“全员全过程共育人”的体系保障,力求实现心理成长与道德发展相统一,培养大学生成为德才兼备、全面发展的新时代人才。As the main position of psychological education in colleges and universities,college students’mental health education course is an important part of talent training system and an important educational element of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.The course itself contains a large number of ideological and political elements.It walks in the same direction with the ideological and political course of college students.It is an important carrier to implement the fundamental teaching task of building morality and cultivating people."Knowledge,emotion and will"is an individual’s basic psychological activity,and"action"is the performance and implementation of the first three;"Knowledge,emotion and will"is also the main context of College Students’mental health education curriculum.Focusing on the educational theme of"building morality and cultivating people",and taking Chinese traditional culture as the foundation,the article has built a curriculum ideological and political system of"four-dimensional integration of knowledge,emotion,will and action".From the four curriculum design dimensions of,it has achieved the system guarantee of"full coverage of online and offline","full integration of in and out of class"and"joint education of all staff in the whole process",so as to strive to realize the unity of psychological growth and moral development,cultivate college students to become talents of the new era with both political integrity and ability and all-round development.
