摘  要:认知差异衡量一个群体或者样本认为某事物是怎样(认知)和它实际是怎样(现实)之间的差异。本研究测量了湖南大学图书馆员与用户在学科服务方面存在的认知差异。教师、研究生根据卡片排序网格来完成对学科服务的优先选择。图书馆员基于他们认为教师、研究生将怎样优先选择来完成同样的学科服务卡片排序。研究结果表明图书馆员在一些服务项目上不是显著低估就是显著高估。同时对教师、研究生最感兴趣和最不感兴趣的服务项目进行了分析。Perception gap measures the difference between what a group/sample believe something to be(perception)and what it actually is(reality).This research examined the perception gap between how users of Hunan University Library prioritized subject services and what the librarians thought how users prioritized those services.Faculty and graduate students completed the priority selection of subject services according to the card sort grid,while the librarians ranked the same subject service cards based on how they thought faculty and graduate students would prioritize it.The perception gaps revealed several services that librarians either notably underestimated or overestimated.The services which faculty and graduate students had the most and least interest in were also analyzed.
