专业认证背景下职业师范院校教育学专业建设的探索与实践——以吉林工程技术师范学院为例

摘　　要：职业技术师范教育专业认证在推动教师教育深化改革、规范师范专业建设、提高职前教师培养质量、促进职教师资队伍整体素质提升上发挥着重要作用,但职业师范院校教育学专业建设存在培养目标定位模糊、人才培养方式单一、关键能力训练不足、保障体系尚不完善等突出问题。吉林工程技术师范学院教育学专业对标职业技术师范教育专业认证标准,在培养目标明确、育人方式优化、实践环节强化、持续改进推进等方面探索实践,提出了新的培养目标、构建了新的课程体系、建立了新的培养方式、完善了新的保障机制,在专业建设、教研工作、师资建设、资源建设上取得显著成效。The professional accreditation of vocational and technical teacher education plays an important role in promoting the deepening reform of teacher education,standardizing the construction of teacher education,improving the quality of pre-service teacher training,and promoting the overall quality of vocational teachers.There are prominent problems such as ambiguous positioning,single talent training method,insufficient key ability training,and imperfect security system.The education major of Jilin Engineering Normal University benchmarked against the professional accreditation standards of vocational education,explored and practiced in terms of clear training objectives,optimization of education methods,strengthening of practical links,and continuous improvement and promotion,and proposed new training objectives,constructed new courses system,established a new training method,improved a new guarantee mechanism,and achieved remarkable results in professional accreditation,teaching and research work,teacher construction,and resource construction.
