主体、载体、渠道协同:高职院校思想政治工作协同路径探究

摘　　要：推进思想政治工作协同是增强思想政治工作时效的必然要求,是满足高职学生全面发展的应然之举。针对当前思想政治工作参与主体多元带来的新困境、载体多元带来的新挑战、渠道循环不调带来的新矛盾,高职院校要通过增强全员共同育人意识、提高全员共同育人能力、明确全员共同育人要求,推动主体协同;通过强化传统载体之间功能互补、强化现实虚拟载体优势互补、强化教师运用各类载体能力,推动载体协同;通过发挥主渠道优势、发挥主阵地作用、激发微循环活力,推动渠道协同,最终形成主体、载体、渠道协同的有效路径,全面提高思想政治工作整体合力。To promote the coordination of ideological and political work is an inevitable requirement to enhance the timeliness of ideological and political work,and it is an inevitable measure to meet the comprehensive development of higher vocational students.In view of the new dilemma brought about by the diversity of main body involved in ideological and political work,the new challenges brought about by the diversity of carriers,and the new contradictions brought about by the unbalanced circulation of channels,higher vocational colleges should strengthen the awareness of all staff to educate people and improve the common sense of all staff and the ability to educate people,clarify the requirements for all staff to jointly educate people,and promote the coordination of the main body;by strengthening the functional complementarity between traditional carriers,strengthening the complementarity of the advantages of real virtual carriers,strengthening the ability of teachers to use various carriers,and promoting carrier collaboration;by giving full play to the advantages of main channels and the role of the main front,stimulate the vitality of the microcirculation,promote the coordination of channels,and finally form an effective path for the coordination of main body,carriers and channels,and comprehensively improve the overall synergy of ideological and political work.
