摘　　要：创新创业教育可以为劳动教育实施提供重要保障,劳动教育可以反哺创新创业教育的发展。劳动教育和创新创业教育两者之间存在育人同向、精神蕴育、劳动创造、实践为要的契合性。基于新时代高职院校劳动教育和创新创业教育融合育人的内在要求,针对高职院校劳动教育和创新创业教育融合育人面临的“观念滞后:认知深度存在不足”“共享壁垒:资源配置效率偏低”“治理短板:管理体系尚不健全”等问题,新时代高职院校劳动教育和创新创业教育融合育人的实践路径是:观念先行,加深劳动教育和创新创业教育融合育人认知;拓宽载体,搭建劳动教育和创新创业教育融合育人平台;摸清需求,深化劳动教育和创新创业教育融合育人机制;协同发力,营造劳动教育和创新创业教育融合育人环境。Innovation and entrepreneurship education can provide an important guarantee for the implementation of labor education,and labor education can feed back the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.There is a compatibility between labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,which is educating people in the same direction,spiritual cultivation,labor creation,and practice.Based on the inherent requirements of the integrated education of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges in the new era,aiming at the“concept lag:insufficient cognitive depth”and“sharing barriers:problems such as low efficiency of resource allocation”and“governance shortcomings:the management system is not yet perfect”,put forward the practical path of integrating labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges in the new era:concept first:deepening the cognition of integration of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education;broaden the carrier:building a platform for integrated education of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education;find out the needs:deepening the mechanism of integrated education of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education;work together:creating an integrated education of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education human environment.
