高师院校音乐专业教育实习的现状、问题与策略

摘　　要：教育实习是高校教育专业教学计划的一个重要组成部分,是教师职前教育的必要阶段和基本形式,也是培养合格教师的必经之路。教育实习对高校音乐教育专业学生了解中小学音乐教育、巩固专业思想以及培养实际工作能力具有特殊作用。以新时代高等师范院校教育实习为对象,通过文献梳理、观察与调研,对当前存在的问题进行分析,针对问题提出应对策略。Educational practice is an important part of the teaching plan of education major in colleges and universities.It is a necessary stage and basic form of teachers'pre-service education and an important way to cultivate qualified teachers.Educational practice plays a special role in understanding music education in primary and secondary schools,consolidating professional ideas and cultivating practical working ability for students majoring in music education in Colleges and universities.Based on the articles about educational practice in normal universities since the new era,this paper tries to analyze the current situation and existing problems of educational practice through literature review and investigation,and puts forward countermeasures.
