构建以需求为导向的海军特色生物防御职业教育课程体系探索

摘　　要：生物武器袭击、生物恐怖威胁及新发、再发传染病是当今国际社会面临的重大安全问题。建设完善的生物防御体系,增强海军官兵生物防御意识以及提高生物防御能力对保障作战训练和提高战斗力来说至关重要。通过分析我军面临的生物威胁形势以及官兵生物安全培训现状,笔者从生物防御职业教育理论课程、实践课程、综合演练课程的设置,以及生物防御慕课、网络反馈平台的设想与建设等方面提出了构建以需求为导向的海军特色生物防御职业教育课程体系,并做出思考与探索。Objective safety issues the present international society is facing with. It is a problem of paramount importance to construct a perfect biodefense system,enhance biodefense awareness among naval personnel and further improve biological defense capability for assurance of combat training and maintenance of combat capacity. Through analyzing the biological threat that our army is facing with and the current status of biosafety training,as well as from the provision of theorectical,practical and comprehensive exercise courses concerning biodefense education,the author puts forth the navy-featured biodefense vocational education curriculum system with actual demands as orientation,and efforts have been made in the thinking and exploration of the problem concerned.
