摘  要:目的了解心理情景剧+基于问题的学习法(PBL)教学法在中医骨伤教学中的应用效果。方法选取中国医科大学大学中医骨伤科专业学生64名,按照抽签法随机分成2组,对照组的32名采用传统教学法(LBL),观察组的32名采用心理情景剧+PBL教学法。观察2组学习能力及临床操作能力及教学满意度。结果观察组学习能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床操作能力评分较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组对带教教师、实操安排的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理情景剧+PBL教学法在提升学生学习效率、学习能力方面效果显著,且学生对教学满意度高。Objective To understand the application effect of psychological situation drama+problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in the teaching of orthopedics of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 64 students majoring in orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine from China Medical University were randomly divided into two groups according to the drawing method.32 students in the control group adopted traditional teaching method(LBL),and 32 students in the observation group adopted psychological drama and PBL teaching method.The learning ability,clinical operation ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results The score of learning ability in the observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The score of clinical operation ability in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of teachers and practical operation arrangement in the observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological situation drama and PBL teaching method is effective in improving students’learning efficiency and learning ability,and students are highly satisfied with teaching.
