摘　　要：本文在探讨高职教师心理契约特征、分析目前高职教师发展管理中存在的“三轻三重”问题基础上,着重论述了高职教师心理契约如何引领教师自信发展、自觉发展与自主发展问题。Based on the discussion of the characteristics of the psychological contract of teachers in higher vocational colleges and the analysis of the “three light and three important” problems in the development and management of teachers in higher vocational schools, this paper focuses on how the psychological contract of higher vocational teachers can lead teachers to develop self-confidence, conscious development and independent development.
