摘 要:为发挥“双减”政策下新时代学校体育本质功能,使体育课后延时服务教学开展更有成效,本文采用文献资料法和政策分析法展开研究.研究认为:体育课后延时服务教学同属于体育教学范畴,但又区别于常规体育教学,应根据其教学过程、教学主体、教学时长和教学内容,构建“健康第一”的课程体系、“以生为本”的教学设计和“以赛促练”的教学结构,以此保证体育课后延时服务教学的时效性.立足课后延时服务教学开展要求,以教学目标精确化、教学内容规范化、教学实施多样化和教学评价多元化为教学支撑点,旨在提高体育课后延时服务教学质量,让学生学有所获并学以致用.In order to give a full play to the essential function of school physical education in the new era under the policy of“double reduction”and make the after-school delay service of physical education more effective,the methods of literature and policy analysis have mainly been used in this thesis.The research shows that physical education teaching in after-class delayed service belongs to the category of physical education teaching,but it is different from conventional physical education teaching.According to its teaching process,teaching subject,teaching time and teaching content,a“Health First”curriculum system,a“student-oriented”teaching design and a“competition to promote the training”teaching structure should be built so as to ensure the timeliness of physical education teaching in after-class delayed service.Based on the requirements of after-class delayed service,it is supposed to take the accuracy of teaching objectives,standardization of teaching contents,diversification of teaching implementation and teaching evaluation as the teaching support point,to improve the quality of physical education teaching in after-class delayed service,and help students learn something and apply it.
